Patio Homes

Patio Homes is a broad-based community  comprised of members who spend their summers in the beautiful Catskills or enjoy all four seasons here. Patio homes was founded in 1969 to be a welcoming neighborhood for anyone seeking out the magnificence of the Catskills. Currently, there are 180 homes. Our home owners enjoy access to our pool, basketball court, tennis court, handball court and gym. Patio Homes is conveniently located off Exit 105B in Monticello, only a short 12 mile drive from the impressive Bethel Woods Center for the Arts.
